Andrea is a New York based advisor who returns from a career break to assist with school and housing guidance. As an ex-pat and parent of two children, Andrea has real world experience and can help guide you through the nuances of a new local housing market, whether you are looking to rent or buy. And if children are involved, a key factor in determining where you live will be their education. Andrea has extensive knowledge of the US school system, both public and private, as well as preschool/daycare options, so can assist in not just providing research about the quality of schools in certain neighborhoods, but also finding out about the application process, enrollment requirements, and the curriculum. Andrea started her career working with Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets. Based in their San Francisco office, she was responsible for working with Irish companies and their employees to get established in the US and helping them to succeed. After leaving Enterprise Ireland, Andrea held a range of global senior marketing positions at Irish technology firms while based in Ireland and the United States. Andrea currently lives in Manhattan with her husband Tony and their two daughters. She was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland where she went to college in University College Dublin, graduating with a masters of business studies in Marketing.
