Lori Theisen

Lori is an experienced marketing executive, focused on brand planning and strategy as well as marketing organization development. She worked for 20+ years at PepsiCo on iconic brands such as Gatorade, Tropicana and Doritos as well YUM brand restaurant group. AS well as supporting and leading teams in support of WAl-Mart, YUM brands, Marriott and Aramark An agile, entrepreneurial marketer, Lori has experience in building innovation pipeline, product launches, organization development, customer marketing and new business development. Recently, Lori has provided marketing leadership for Ornua (Kerrygold), the Madison Square Garden Company and Famous Dave’s restaurants, and startups in diverse areas including plant and cell-based foods, cybersecurity and telecom. Lori has a B.A. from Indiana University and a M.S. from Northwestern University. She is a keen traveler and enjoys all the cultural activities her adopted home of New York has to offer.
