Outside of work Caroline’s combines two of her great loves - the NYC startup ecosystem and running with Pitch and Run. She has completed 5 of the 6 marathon majors. Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in commerce from University College Cork, Ireland. She also earned a master's degree with honors from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Stephen's impactful tenure at BNP Paribas saw him leading the money market desk in San Francisco, driving significant portfolio growth and ensuring financial stability through innovative marketing and funding strategies. He seamlessly blends his expertise in traditional financial services with a deep understanding of the disruptive startup landscape and is driven by a passion for the evolution and acceleration of opportunities within the online economy. Stephen recently returned home to Malahide, Dublin after 16 years in the US with his wife, his son and their mini-aussie shepherd.
